Predator Cars restomod old cars from the early 1970s era, like Dodge Charger and Challenger. They reached out to us to visualize their brand. As usual, it all started with research and interview sessions. We delivered a visual identity, including a logotype, colors, fonts to use, tonality, mock-ups, bi-folders, business cards, and trade stand design. We also did photography and a brand movie, including a song specially written for them.

Challenge

The biggest challenge was that there was no product/car ready to photograph or film. We were forced to talk about the brand without showing a complete car.

Solution

We made a mystique feeling for the brand reveal. That something was coming and that it was going to be a beast. Silhouettes, timelapse stripes from lights, artistic voice-over, film-noir, a lonely piano melody that grows into a majestic piece.

We wanted it to feel like the good old 70's but in a modern way—Because that was what the final product would be like. The best nostalgic design, but with a modern feeling.

Assigned by Digiwise

I made the logotype in a 1:1 grid. My idea was that the logo would fit into a pattern on the car's grille.
